建立虚拟武器装备库，从基础践行科技兴训——浅探VRML技术在我军军事训练中的应用

VRML技术作为现代一种新型计算机技术，已广泛应用到军事、教育等各个领域，充分运用现代高新技术成果，进行模拟训练已成为各军事强国在训练改革的重要目标和现代军事训练发展的指导方向。本文初步探讨了VRML技术在我军军事训练中的应用，提出了虚拟武器装备库的概念，并对我军建立虚拟武器装备库的可能性、必要性及建设构想进行了初步探讨。     

Imaging the domain pattern of the canted magnetization state in Co/Pt multilayer films

The exact magnetization pattern of magnetic films close to a spin-reorientation transition is difficult to analyze due to the intrinsically three-dimensional (3d) variation of the orientation of the local magnetization. We present a technique how this can be performed, based on the analysis of high quality 2d polarization maps from a single scanning electron microscope with polarization analysis (SEMPA) measurement with tilted sample. The key tool is the statistical distribution of all occurring polarization doublets, visualized in a 2d histogram plot. From the shape of the distribution the type of transition—canted-phase, or coexisting phases—can be inferred. For the canted-phase state, the canting angle can be accurately determined from geometrical considerations. With help of the histogram the image data can be analyzed and the three components of the magnetization can be calculated for most points of the image. For a Co/Pt multilayer film we found a cone state. The magnetization forms a complex pattern consisting of out-of-plane domains while the in-plane magnetization shows a maze pattern.

Does anticipation training affect drivers' risk taking?

Skill and risk taking are argued to be independent and to require different remedial programs. However, it is possible to contend that skill-based training could be associated with an increase, a decrease, or no change in risk-taking behavior. In 3 experiments, the authors examined the influence of a skill-based training program (hazard perception) on the risk-taking behavior of car drivers (using video-based driving simulations). Experiment 1 demonstrated a decrease in risk taking for novice drivers. In Experiment 2, the authors examined the possibilities that the skills training might operate through either a nonspecific reduction in risk taking or a specific improvement in hazard perception. Evidence supported the latter. These findings were replicated in a more ecological context in Experiment 3, which compared advanced and nonadvanced police drivers. Managing information technology in the nineties

Business, not technology leaders should manage the change of Information Technology (IT) from a self-contained business support unit of the sixties to a distributed strategic business function of the nineties. Top management should recognize that a good business plan can only be developed and executed through the partnership between the business unit managers and the managers of the financial, the personnel, and the IT resource units. The technical problems associated with the management of IT may again be the easier part of the total management challenge.     

高性能片式多层氧化锌压敏电阻器材料研究

对非Bi系氧化锌压敏电阻材料进行了系统研究。研究结果表明:在ZnO基体材料中,添加适量PbO、Co2O3、Cr2O3、MnO2、ZrO2、TiO2、Sb2O3 、B2O3等非Bi系添加剂,采用传统陶瓷制备工艺和合适烧结工艺,可获得a >50、IL<1 mA、烧结温度低于1 100℃的实用非Bi系氧化锌电阻瓷料。采用该瓷料,利用MLC工艺,选用Pd30/Ag70电极浆料,制作出V1mA<30 V、a >30、IL<1 mA的片式多层压敏电阻器。     

多层介质光学膜系的误差分析——膜层厚度变化的灵敏度因子

文中推导了对于给定膜系的特定膜层的厚度变化的灵敏度因子计算公式，并给出了用计算机对不同膜系的计算实例。分析了厚度灵敏度因子对膜系透射光谱的灵敏谱段、灵敏膜层等特性的影响规律，并由此给出了确定膜层厚度允差的方法。     

核电厂放射性监测系统仿真的数学物理模型

较详细地介绍了在北京核电厂模拟培训中心的模拟器上建立ＲＭＳ仿真系统的工作。首先对仿真的原型进行分析和简化，建立数学物理模型，并对包括ＲＣＳ、ＰＺＲ、ＳＧ、ＣＶＣＳ等的近２０个核电厂系统进行了动态仿真建模，确定ＲＭＳ各监测点放射性水平仿真读数的计算方法，最后，给出部分仿真实验结果，以验证数学物理模型的可靠性和适用性。
